According to JustJared, "Grey’s Anatomy hunkadoc Eric Dane, aka Dr. Mark “McStreamy” Sloane, gets the squeeze from actress wife Rebecca Gayheart aboard a private yacht on Sunday in Porto Cervo, Italy."

Obviously she thought they were being private. Literally. Good thing their son was too busy to turn around and ask a question or something!

Later that day, Gayheart goes swimming topless...I wonder what Jr. had to say about that.

Um... I dont think its such a big deal....some people are comfortable with nudity and its not a big deal in many many countries across the world. As for her grabbing him....well I would grab him too... ( plus im more then sure she knew her child wasnt lookin...) Lets not be too uptight : )
